I have a software which is supposed to help you when you are dieting, I am going to post the weight graph etc. in the *history* section soon. I will count my daily calorie intake with the help of this software.

Let´s see what happens ! (BTW.: I am going to stop at 55 kg; meaning a BMI of 17,9 - don´t worry, if I cannot stop anymore, some of my friends will make me stop)

 

Things to do when I´m hungry:

- draw a picture

- draw a comic

- clean your room

- design clothes

- make some nice pictures

- go for a walk

- listen to music

- sleep

- read a book

- call a friend

- visit a friend

- go shopping

- learn

- do homework

- wash the dishes

- iron your clothes

- wash your dirty clothes

- take a shower

- do some research

- read something on the internet

- drink a bottle of water

- make a present for your parents

- go out, have fun

- smoke a cigarette

- look at thinspos

- buy a magazine, read it

- do your nails

- take out all the clothes you want to fit in again and try them on
